Addenda
In light of my friendships to many people I am leaving the names out of this addenda. But if you need to lie to me at least tell me that 3 inches is equal to 6 inches if your going to fuck me.
I've got some bitching to do and no one is safe.
Last night I went to the free Sugar Ray concert after the Diamondbacks game. Now I don't usually bitch about other artist, well some times. It turned out to be Mark McGrath and a drummer playing to a backing track doing songs from Sugar Ray and then other peoples tunes like Smash Mouth, EMF and House of Pain amongst others. I thought it was pretty bogus but they were pushing Crystal Pepsi from the 90's and were focused on some songs from that era. But still it was pretty Lame. At least I got three T-shirts out of the show.
I lost my ID and then I tried to get my prescription for Oxycodone for my back, and yes I am seeing a pain specialist but the script was from my Primary Practitioner. Walgreens in their infinite wisdom tells me that they cannot fill it but if I get a script for Percocet from the ER then they did. and thus told me that they would no longer fill any scripts from an ER or short term painkillers. I had a script from My Doctor for 90 pills and they wouldn't fill it. They will gladly fill any other script from an urgent care or outside doctor save for my Pain pills. I am sorry that I broke my back three times and have a disease that causes me to have chronic kidney stones (Renal Tubular Acidosis type 2) but I will gladly take my ibuprofen that my kidney doctor says is bad for me or the tylenol that will FUCK up my liver. SO FUCK You TRUMP all about the Opioid epidemic. The war on drugs has never been won nor will it ever. Look at other countries and see how they tackle it. I am just going to get my Medical Marijuana card and get extremely paranoid.
So back to my ID I am hoping that MY Alaskan ID is at Yellow Cab and I will try to get over there next monday I made it there last Saturday but told to come back on Monday. I also lost my wallet that had my Food Stamps card so now I am sans ID, Library Card, Food Stamps, Social Security and Insurance Card. FUCK MY LIFE, EH!?!??!?
So what to bitch about now, Hmm...Ok, Trump all though it is way to easy to complain about this moronic idiot that doesn't know his thumb from his big toe. I don't know if North Korea has the tools to contrive a nuclear war. I do know that they could easily blow the shit out of South Korea and I think that Kim Jong Il is just about crazy enough to do something like that. Now I don't think that we should condemn the North Koreans for having a Nuclear Program nor do I believe that we should hinder any country from developing a Nuclear Program. That is their right as a sovereign nation just like we did or Russia or any other Nuclear power. Now do I think that he is a mad man, Hell yeah but than again so is Donald Trump. He is worse than my old Uncle in Philly who would rant about the African-Americans, The Italians, The Jews and any other minority that got his jib at the time and of course he was not politically correct by any means. I think the only ethnic group he sided with was the Irish because he was of that descent.
I am worried about My kids and Ex-wife and friends in Alaska because I think if the North Koreans were going to move forward they would go there first. And remember AK was the only state other than Hawaii to see any action during World War 2. You might not know it but it is true so I would not put it past them by any means. With that said I need to thank two Republicans namely Lisa Murkowski and John McCain. They both stepped up and said no to Trump and the Senate to keep Insurance for all Americans.
Not that anything I say will change the minds of any one or public opinion in any way but I need to give my two cents so there you go and apparently I've got 2 dollars and no sense.

A moment in drunken history!!!
One of my favorite shows is Drunken History on Comedy Central. If I could show it in classes I probably would but until then I would recommend everyone to watch it. So I thought that it went national this week when I saw the reviews coming in from Trump's trip European trip. WHAT THE FUCK!!! Who the hell did the Electoral College elect to lead us into the grave. A total Fuck nut and a half. I realize he is already worse than Reagan was and kinda liked old Reagan, It wasn't til college that I truly realized how fucked up his administration was. But this is bad.
Pulling out of the Paris Accord is Bad, just Bad. I know that he wants to repeal NAFTA over twenty years of getting fat off of it but fucking up everything that we have worked for is monumentally stupid. Now I could sit here and spout Expletives about it but what good does it do now is the time to start using our combined smarts and work around this idiocy. Whether or not you like this is happening to our planet. Now you can sit back and say it is God or Allah or whatever But WAKE THE FUCK UP!! Go ahead and pray all you want but things aren't going to change until we change. Get up off of our fat asses and start making a difference. Once a species is gone, guess what...It's gone. Bringing back the Mastodon is a pipe dream people what is the sense in it. it wouldn't survive. We have screwed up our environment. We use to many plastic bags that go to the dump and then blow out and destroy the environment and kill animals. The more we kill off the insets that eat our wastes the worse the planet gets. The reason that we bacteria is to bio degrade our dead and rotting bodies but what do we do we shove the the dead into boxes and embalm for years on end. We have this fear of change that we need to get over and accept that the only way we progress as a society and a world is to change. Buddhists change with new science realizations and thank the Gods that we have a progressive pope who is embracing change, We need to stop living in the past and move with the waves that we are given.
I know that there is a rift that has polarized our political climate and that only causes gridlock. I am asking to put aside petty differences and look at what we have right now and how can we make it better. If not that then go and Fuck yourselves!!!
Last thing, It is fucking hot here in PHX I don't know how you all do it I am so in need of a pool day, If any one has a pool I promise to bring the food lets have a cook out and relax from the heat. Also I am working on getting my Fat ass down to Tucson to actually record and hopefully play some shows if I can line them up. I hate being stagnant and I feel Like I am right now but. It is getting better I am getting better both physically and Mentally. I've got close to 4 months sober now so I am feeling pretty good about that. Peace out to you all and have a great day.!! Ok here we go...
I feel I may need yo explain myself to my friends and colleagues in the great fight against the machine.
This is how I feel about the wall that the Donald wants to build: There were some great walls in history the great wall of China, the walls of Jericho from the bible, the wall that divided east and west Berlin. Now the Marshall plan was set out to help rebuild Europe after World War 2.
I apologize if my spelling is off or crazy my back was manipuplated by a physical therpist yesterday and now I have have shooting pains through my arms into my hands and legs and the CORE Insti4ute wont see me until Feb 2 so I am fucked up til them I guess.
Back to the Walls. These walls were put up up to keep people out thus causing the feeling of you are our enemy and we want nothing to do with you. This feeling increased over time and in the case of the Berlin wall it peaked in the cold awr during the 80's with Ronald Reagan and Gorbachevs reactions to each others foreign policies. Now a wall to keep out Mexicans will only tell Mexico we do care about you and we think that you are our enemy. we are not building a wall against Canada which have people crossing the borders alla of the time to get beer or prescription drugs and working in the US just like the Southern Border. and I am sure that their are illegals that cross that border every day but we dont hear about it.
I understand the want for Isolationism in America to take care of our own and focus on our country rather than the rest of the world. But we have aalready made a precedent that we are the worllds Police force and now things are running amok out in the boonies so what are we going to do]-.close up up and create out own Escape from New York type of scenarioas or be welcoming to our neighbors and be a freiendly nation that wants to trade and be great and move forward!!!
Sorry I have to stop now my fingers are freakeing the fuck out and jumping on there own to weird I gotta get some relief or this is going to kill me...Rhetorically of course that iss

My take on the Dakota protest and other stuff
I am sure that alot of you have heard about the protest going on in North Dakota about the pipeline going through there and how people are responding. The one great thing about America is the First Amendment:
The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning
religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids
Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices. It guarantees freedom of expression
by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of
individuals to speak freely. It also guarantees the right of citizens
to assemble peaceably and to petition their government.
This is the basis of the country in that we can have Catholics, Jews, Hindus and guess what Muslims get over your selves their allowed here. And we have the right to Peacefully assemble which is going on right now in North Dakota. Does that give the authorities the right to pepper spray them, I don't think so But I wasn't there was there a threat to their safety I don't know but as a History teacher, yeah the University of AZ was stupid enough to give me a piece of paper. I think the native people of the Americas have a natural right to protect their land.
One article said imagine if the tribe wanted to run a pipeline through Arlington Cemetery. How many people would be up in arms about that well guess what the USA is trying to run it through their sacred lands just like Arlington is sacred to some. It comes down to point of view. We as the Majority of Americans think we have this Manifest destiny that we have been taught about in school and only learn the history of the victors that we consider ourselves to be. Stop and read some real history people were here long before Europeans came get over it go ahead and elect your stupid Donald or Hillary FUCK up the environment some more why not it is written in the Texas approved History books that WE know what is best like Coal and Fracking and other ways to mess it all up. We need to look at our development as Evolution. We started with something that was bad, thats a given, move on to something better oh yeah you make money off the old stuff. Guess what there is nothing there to back up your paper money we have been off the gold standard for decades with a new millenium we need a new way of thinking. maybe looking at the native ways of knowing and understanding isnt such a bad thing. Just sayin take it or leave it I don't care, No you know what I do care so quit your bitchin about people who don't believe in your God and have differnet beliefs than you and Make America great again not by industry but by being the Dog faced mutts that we are the dumping grouind for people who want a better life.

Ready to bust a nut if I don't get this out...
As most of you know I am getting married to the most honorable and beautiful Tina Spring. I am very happy about this and feel very good about it what I don't feel good about is that my boys won't talk to me and that hurts but I know why and I am trying to rectify it. Yeah I owe a lot of back child support and I own that but you know what I wanted to talk to my dad hell even if he was a fuck up like me. But here's the scoop I am getting my shit together I got a new doctor who understands me and is helping me out I feel better everyday. And my friends who can tell me to my face how I am screwing up they I have hella respect for. I don't need little dogs snapping at me feet, I know who is real and who isn't it's just the way it is and that's ok I dig it.
Idon't know I feel reborn once it got cold. There is something about the Alaskan cold that will cut a weaker man down or you can stand it when it gets cold. I love this land and I will be back I am only going south for a while I know you can't go back home but it will be nice to visit. I am different than before maybe a little bit rougher on the outside but still the same old freak you all know. I am looking forward to seeing everyone and having some fun we need to cause this election year is way to fucked up fo r us all. I only hope you in AZ pass the marijuana law before I get down there or I'll have to do some campaigning and I don't mind that!!!
So to the nation state we have right now what the Fuck People taking knees at the national anthem Fuck that People DIED so you can be free the least you can do is stand when the flag goes up and the song reminds us of the sacrifice that our forefathers made for us. Get over your petty fighting and start working in the community Race doesn't matter we are a cauldron of immigrants born from all kinds of lands looking for a better life the aboriginals are the ones who should be in charge cause we fucked them over time and again. But I understand that people want to make a splash for some cause they support hell I do it too but you know what are we teaching the kids when a sports guy gets 5 million for running with a ball and the guy who discovers clean energy gets the shaft it's fucked up!!!
So who am I voting for I like Jill Stein She makes sense and is smart we need someone who is smart not a career politician an outsider who can see the big picture. Ok that is about all I have to say right now but I feel more will be coming soon. And if you want to come to the wedding it will be Jan 7 in Text me for more info. Love to you all. Hey Connor and Ethan I love you guys and you are invited I would be so happy to have you there. But do what you want?!?!?!?!
